When I was in college, I lost my Aunt Pat to breast cancer. With all of the breast cancer awareness campaigns going on this month, I’ve been thinking a lot about her.
This recipe is, I believe, the only one I have that she passed on to me. I’m not sure where she originally got the recipe, but I do remember her making this several times when we would visit because we loved it so much. I’ve used it as a go-to recipe several times because it’s quick and easy – and everyone always loves it.
