Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

Did you know today’s another holiday? It’s Pi Day! Okay, so we don’t really celebrate it but I thought it would be a good excuse to share this recipe.

This pie is like a big, gooey chocolate chip cookie. It’s amazing served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream – comfort food to the extreme!

  1. Wow! Nice idea. Cookie and pie in one that is really unique. I love the chewy texture of the pie and the crunchy bites of the cookie. That will be a perfect match.

  2. This is so unique. I think this will be perfect for our family reunion since our grandparents wants some pie but the kids love cookies. LOL. They will surely be surprised by this one.
