Sweet and Savory Pork Chops

This dish uses a really simple glaze of grape jelly and chili sauce. I’ve used something similar in the past for slow cooker meatballs and mini hotdogs but I never thought of using it on pork chops until I ran across this recipe. 

These make for a super easy dinner  – less than 15 of prep and active cooking and ready in under an hour. Perfect for a busy weeknight!

Sweet and Savory Pork Chops

Serves 2

2 boneless pork chops, trimmed
1/4 c. grape jelly
1/4. c. chili sauce

Preheat oven to 325F degrees.

Brown pork chops and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Transfer browned pork chops to shallow baking dish. Combine jelly and chili sauce and spread half over pork chops. Bake for 15 minutes.  Pour remaining sauce over and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
