S’mores are one of my favorite summer treats but without a fire pit it’s not something we make unless we’re camping.
Until I saw this recipe.
Being able to make s’mores in the oven? Genius! These are the perfect snack for a summer game night.
(adapted from Eat at Home)
2 sleeves graham crackers
About 1/2 jar hot fudge, warmed
About 1/2 bag marshmallows
Break the graham crackers into pieces. Place them in uneven layers on a baking stone or cookie sheet. Swirl hot fudge over the top. Place marshmallows on top of it all.
Bake at 350F degrees for several minutes, until marshmallows start to melt a bit. Test this by smooshing them with the back of a spoon. Turn the oven to broil and toast the marshmallows.
