Do you use oven mitts or grill gloves? I’ve always been team oven mitt but after trying Cave Tools’s Grill Gloves I’m a convert.

Honestly, I thought they were all pretty much the same. I was wrong.

To me, the best thing about these gloves are the functionality. They’re more functional than my oven mitts in so many ways.

I was really surprised that the easily fit both me and my husband. I have thin hands, so gloves often feel too big on me. While there were definitely room in these, I didn’t feel like they were big – they still felt fitted enough to be comfortable. My husband is pretty much the opposite, and he found the gloves comfortable too.

They were also incredibly flexible, which made them super easy to work with. Unlike bulky oven mitts, these feel like just a thin layer between you and the hot pan – but they are heat resistant to 662 F degrees. That’s way more than my oven mitts could handle!

They’re coated in non-slip silicone which makes it easy to grab hot pots and pans without worry, and I absolutely love that they’re machine washable.

It’s still a little too cold to grill here (spring, please hurry up!), so I’ve been using these for all of my indoor cooking, and I really love them. I was even able to grab a hot pizza stone out of the oven the other night with no problem! I can’t wait to use them to grill – but it has been a great reminder that these aren’t just for grilling!
