Happy National #SoupSwapDay! Sharing soup with friends in the doldrums of winter is pretty much my favorite. I mean, what better mood booster is there than a great bowl of soup on a snowy day?
Today, I’ve teamed up with some of my blogger buddies to bring you seven new soups perfect for a soup swap!
Jaida of Sweet Beginnings starts off off with this Butternut Squash, Sausage & Tortellini Soup. This is ready in less than 30 minutes, and has a beautiful balance of textures!
Camilla of Culinary Adventures with Camilla offered up Roasted Parsnip Soup topped with Candied Bacon and Cheese Curds. This soup is packed with veggies – and who can resist those toppers?!
Amy of Savory Moments delighted us with the comfort-food classic Chicken, Corn and Rivel Soup. Common to Pennsylvania Dutch cooking, rivels are a rustic dumpling and just a perfect addition to a bowl of soup.
Terri of Our Good Life made Eggplant and Tomato Soup – a lighter option. Packed with veggies and spices, it’s comfort food at it’s best!
Karen of Karen’s Kitchen Stories cooked up Red Clam Chowder with Garlicky Saltine Garnish. Loaded with potatoes and clams, it’s a hearty bowl – but the garnish takes it to the next level.
Colleen of The Redhead Baker made Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque for the swap. This creamy, comforting bowl is flavored with apples and herbs, too!
And my contribution was this Cheeseburger Soup – a remixed version of one of the kids’ favorite foods!
