Champagne Punch for 2

Champagne punch is probably my favorite cocktail. I have a fancy punch bowl and I love having it filled with a fun variation for girlfriend get togethers.

It’s also something I haven’t made since the pandemic started – with the lack of parties, there has been a lack of reason to make drinks for a crowd. It didn’t occur to be until now, 10 months into the pandemic, that I could make a scaled-down version.

I can’t tell you how I was excited to make this little batch up! It tastes perfect and it a great option to celebrate Valentine’s Day – or for a virtual Galantine’s celebration.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot blackberry brandy
  • 1 shot Chambord
  • 1 shot Triple Sec
  • 1 can ginger ale (1 1/2 cups)
  • 187 ml bottle of champagne
  • Raspberries, for garnish

I don’t like buying a big bottle of flavored liquor so I created this using all things I could get in airplane bottles. It was a little more expensive buying one shot of everything, but I loved having just enough and not worrying about leftovers.

Directions

  • Pour the brandy, Chambord, and Triple Sec into a large mason jar and stir to combine.
  • Pour in ginger ale and champagne and stir gently once.
  • Garnish with raspberries.

This recipe is as easy as mixing together and serving! The raspberries are optional but give it a fun touch.

I make sure that the champagne and ginger ale are well chilled. As long as they are, you don’t have to chill the remaining ingredients.
