How to Make Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Loin
This meal is so, so easy – which makes it perfect for a busy day.
Start by spraying your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place the pork loin in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, honey, and dried onion until well combined. Pour over the pork loin to cover.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove from the slow cooker and slice before serving.

Yes, homemade cranberry sauce is perfect in this recipe. If you need a recipe for cranberry sauce, this one is my favorite.
Can Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Roast be frozen?
Yes, this meal is very freezer friendly! You can prep and freeze by adding the pork to a freezer bag and dumping the remaining ingredients over. Pop in the freezer and then you have a meal ready to go for a busy day.
To cook, thaw in the refrigerator overnight before adding to the slow cooker.

My go-tos to serve along with this meal is wild rice and a veggie. Honey Garlic Green Beans and Bacon Parmesan Green Beans are two of the most-requested here! I also love Honey Oat Bread with this if I have enough time to make it!
